Shipping Information

 

How do I calculate the shipping cost on an order?

To find out the total cost of your order, simply add the product(s) you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart. Now during the check out process, you can view your Shopping Cart to get the total cost of your order, including the cost of the shipping.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate for shipping based on the weight of the item(s) being shipped. Our shipping prices are VERY reasonable! Unless otherwise stated, all products pricing DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated on the Shopping Cart page, during the check out process.

 

Where am I able to ship my order to?

currently markets to the continental USA and Canada.

Products that ship from our warehouses in the US to Canadian addresses are subject to brokerage and duty fees and will be C.O.D. Also, please note that for orders & deliveries to Canadian destinations, the appropriate taxes( GST/PST/HST) would be applied based on the delivery locations.

For deliveries within the state of California, a sales tax rate of 7.98% would be applied as per the formula used by the State Boad of Equalization.

 

Who do you use to ship?

We utilize UPS for most deliveries, and will on occasion utilize FedEx, United States Postal Service, Canada Post or DHL depending on the circumstances.

 

Can I ship C.O.D. or to a P.O. Box?

We do not ship COD and cannot mail to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address will be required for delivery. We do not ship to APO addresses.

 

How long does it take for you to ship my order?

Every effort is made to process and ship your order within three business days, dependant on stock availability. If an out of stock or back-order situation arises, we advise the customer as soon as possible and refund the transaction

 

Cancellation Policy

We take pride in our customer service at My Cheer engine.com and this includes not only the quality of our products, but also the speed of our service and shipping. Keeping this in mind, we require that any cancellations be made within 12 hours of order confirmation. Any order not cancelled within 12 hours will be subject to a non-refundable handling fee and service charge equal to 20% of the total order. The buyer will also be responsible for the shipping charges on any order that has actually been shipped prior to cancellation, as well as any return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The 12 hour cancellation window does not apply to orders where same-day shipping has been requested. In the case of a same-day shipping request, all orders must be cancelled within 3 hours of order confirmation or be subject to the same refund/replacement restrictions as outlined above.


All cancelled orders placed with a credit card that have already been processed will be subject to a $6.00 cancellation fee.

 

Returns Policy


We are committed to handling returns and refunds in a professional and expedient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies when you place an order with My Cheer Engine.com.

 

Return exclusions:

Our return policy excludes the following:

We cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned in its original packing:

1.items showing obvious signs of misuse.

2.any return that is missing the originally shipped components.

3.any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)

 

How to return a defective item, or an item shipped to you in error:

We take great pains to source products from manufacturers who believe in quality and excellence, as much as we do. Yet, if things go wrong the odd time, please follow the instructions as below:

Our returns policy provides you 7 days from reciept of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error.

Please contact us immediately for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, through email to customerservice@mycheerengine.com . Also, we require you to attach pictures of the defect for verification before we send a RMA number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product. We will reimburse you for the return shipping.

If you can not send a picture of the defect, then once the product has been returned and it is determined that it has a manufacturing defect, we will reimburse you for shipping it back to us.

 

How to return items for any other reason:

You must notify us within 10 days of receiving the item for return instructions. Again contact our Customer Service Department through email at customerservice@mycheerengine.com .

Item must be returned in new condition and in the complete original packaging in re-saleable condition. Item must be properly packaged and insured with return shipping fee paid in advance by you, unless we have already determined it is defective or damaged in shipping. After we receive the item, we will inspect the returned item, if everything is in re-saleable condition, you will receive a credit within five business days. If the item is returned and can not be sold in the condition we receive it, you will not be reimbursed and you will need to pay for shipping if you want us to send it back to you.

 

Substitution Policy for Gift baskets

 

Our production staff makes every attempt to ensure that the gift that is received matches the gift pictured and described as closely as possible. Due to seasonal availability product substitution may be necessary from time to time to ensure your gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care will be taken to ensure that any substitutions made are for products of equal or greater value and quality.

All substitutions will be made according to our discretion and the client will not be notified unless the resulting overall design is drastically different from what is represented on our web site.
